Provides Food Support to Vulnerable Families Across Multiple Districts

Helping Heart Nepal has successfully delivered food assistance to thousands of vulnerable individuals and families across several districts, including Siraha, Sunsari, Saptari, and Mahottari. The support aimed to address immediate food needs of the most at-risk households facing economic hardship and food insecurity.

The distribution was carried out in close coordination with local governments. Beneficiary selection was guided by recommendations from municipal authorities to ensure that assistance reached the most deserving and needy families. Local government representatives were present during the distribution process, helping to maintain transparency, accountability, and fairness.

This initiative reflects Helping Heart Nepal’s continued commitment to supporting communities during times of need and strengthening collaboration with local authorities to deliver effective humanitarian assistance at the grassroots level.
